Paul Donovan Consulting is pleased to be able to offer you a personal coaching service! We have two particular areas of coaching expertise:

First: we offer personal coaching that will significantly enhance your ability to deliver (and surpass) your agreed objectives. This coaching will engage you in processes that sharpen your focus on what you want in your role (and career), and increase your ability to create exactly what you want. In addition, we help you to understand your role in creating your current situation or crisis, and recover an active role in achieving your purpose. You will identify and disarm unhelpful or sabotaging behaviours and beliefs in which you may be unwittingly participating. The end result is a renewed ability to take purposeful action under pressure.

Secondly: we offer coaching in communication skills. You may need new communication strategies to handle difficult team scenarios, or individuals with whom you have run out of options! We coach you in the execution of tailored tools and techniques that you can apply to the unique communication challenges you face. Where ever you are on the communication skills continuum, you will make a significant shift towards more lucid, coherent and persuasive language to apply to your environment.
