Soon after founding the consultancy in 1998, Paul Donovan was presenting material in conjunction with strategic partners, Team Management Systems and Gordon Training International. He soon became widely acknowledged as a skilled facilitator of team building sessions and as a talented teacher of communications skills.

In 2002, Paul introduced a strategic planning facilitation service for his clients. Soon after, he became the only Australian accredited deliverer of the world class Effective Facilitator Programme from Leadership Strategies and facilitated the development of strategic plans across many industries and for many different teams.

This team of skilled professionals has allowed Paul Donovan Consulting to dramatically strengthen its offerings and service their clients with more personalised attention. Each member of the team works to support one another in the personal and professional development required for the authentic delivery of our consulting services.

In 2008, we formed a strategic partnership with The Leadership Circle. We have significantly strengthened our offering in Leadership Development with the inclusion of their groundbreaking technology and associated 360 tools and programs.
