Richard HardyRichard is accredited in The Leadership Circle assessment tool and works with both individuals and groups undergoing change through group facilitation and individual coaching.

He works with people from all levels of business from a diverse range of industries but has extensive experience with in the construction, Local Government and professional services consulting industries.

Originally qualified as a professional civil engineer, Richard's career history includes senior management positions in corporate organisations through to director of a small boutique consultancy.

His Learning and Development experience has included L&D Manager roles where he has been responsible for the design and delivery of learning programmes to effect positive change with in organisations. He has developed individuals in a broad range of fields including leadership, project management, communication, mentoring and facilitation skills.

Richard is a passionate and outcome-focused facilitator with high-level listening and feedback skills. He relates easily with people to build rapport, making him an effective communicator with individuals or groups.

Richard has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment from the Australian Institute of Management.
