Susan has been delivering training and facilitation programs since 1998. Her training experience and qualifications
are complemented by formal qualifications in science, financial planning and training.
She also has extensive experience in sales, management, marketing and communications in the Training, Medical and Financial Services industries.
Susan has worked as a Master Trainer, Instructional Designer and Senior Consultant Trainer for the largest Sales and Leadership training organisations in the world (AchieveGlobal and Huthwaite), delivering programs in sales, strategy, leadership, performance management, coaching, communication, presentation skills, conflict resolution, team building and company “values” engineering (using The Spiral Dynamics Diagnostic tool).
Susan has also trained and coached many trainers in her role as Master Trainer for AchieveGlobal.
An outstanding group facilitator, Susan establishes effective rapport and shared understanding with clients. By quickly creating a strong connection with program participants, she moves the group to the learning phase early in the training sessions
