Paul Donovan Consulting is very pleased to offer facilitation services over a whole range of meetings. In fact, anytime you have a group of people who need to come to a collective ‘YES’ about anything, we would be delighted to facilitate that meeting for you!
Over the years, we have found that most meetings can be placed somewhere on a Task vs. Relationship continuum. For example, a meeting devoted to building a strategic plan would appear close to the end of the continuum at the Task end. Likewise, a meeting where the purpose was solely to discuss and resolve conflict issues would appear close to the end of the continuum at the Relationship end. Other types of meetings are also shown on the continuum below.
